The Noticer by Andy Andrews

This book is an incredible book of seeing things from a different point of view.  So many times we don’t see the significant people in our lives until they have left.  Andy has this incredible way of hitting you where you need to be hit.  A classic quote from the book is:

Remember, whatever you focus upon, increases.

Sometimes we become stale in our growth & we need others to help guide us – to play “Jones” – to us.  How can we grow? We need to ask.

What is it about me that other people would change if they could?

This book has radically changed how I view people & will view people.  It is a growth step.  This book needs to be on everyone’s shelf.  I loved it.
